From the first apartment building purchased in 1965, Zulich has earned a solid reputation as landlords and property managers in the community. The graduation from residential property to general real estate development was a natural transition. With over 1,000 apartment units, 400,000 sq.ft of prime office/retail commercial leasing space, and new home developments city wide, Zulich Enterprises Limited continues to grow and diversify to satisfy the changing needs of the City of Greater Sudbury.
With great pride we celebrate over 50 years of being landlords in Sudbury.
