Situated in Baltimore's Power Plant Live and Washington, DC, Kraken Axes is not your traditional tavern. It is a place our guests go to throw back some brews, take aim, and test their mettle in the ultimate bar game. **A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BARTENDER**
You arrive for each of your scheduled shifts ready to provide our guests with the most exceptional guest service and anticipate our guests' needs in our fast-paced, high-octane environment. You develop methods and systems to improve workflow efficiencies and provide a best-in-class experience.
Our bartenders provide world class service to our guests while they enjoy the competitive atmosphere. Bartenders are responsible for serving guests and ensuring they are enjoying libations safely. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience and are hyped at the idea of bringing this axe-ellent experience to new audiences.
**BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS**
* Relevant hospitality experience
* Ability to work safely and efficiently
* Working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
* Ability to learn our Point of Sale (POS) system
* Flexible availability
